UltraViolet Imprints Screen Printing – Terms & Conditions

Quotes & Pricing
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are based on the details provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to artwork, garment type, quantities, or print locations may result in a revised price.
• Orders may be subject to additional charges for rush service, specialty inks, oversized prints, or extra setup.

Artwork & Proof Approval
• Customer is responsible for approving all artwork proofs prior to production.
• UltraViolet Imprints is not responsible for errors (including spelling, colors, sizing, or placement) once proof approval is given.
• Minor color variations may occur due to screen printing processes and garment material differences.

Payment Terms
• Payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or electronic payment.
• Unpaid balances may delay production or release of finished goods.

Production & Turnaround Time
• Standard production time begins after payment and final proof approval are received.
• Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. UltraViolet Imprints is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations & Changes
• Orders cancelled after production has started are subject to charges for work completed, including screens, setup, and materials.
• Once garments are printed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
• Due to the custom nature of screen-printed items, all sales are final.
• Defective or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• UltraViolet Imprints is not responsible for customer-supplied garments damaged during printing beyond industry-standard allowances.

Customer-Supplied Garments
• UltraViolet Imprints is not responsible for defects, inconsistencies, or shrinkage in customer-supplied garments.
• Print defects on customer-supplied items are not eligible for replacement.

Overruns / Underruns
• A quantity variance of up to ±5% is considered acceptable and will be billed accordingly.

Ownership & Usage
• Artwork provided by the customer is assumed to be owned or authorized for use by the customer. UltraViolet Imprints is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement.
• UltraViolet Imprints reserves the right to use finished products for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Acceptance of Terms
• Placing an order or approving a quote constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
